Resume

The programmes expand students' horizons and increase self-reliance, sense of responsibility and self-confidence. It increasing opportunities, for vulnerable students in particular. Teachers experience more engagement, a better team atmosphere, smoother collaboration, are empowered in their mission and are given more opportunities for personal and professional growth, which boosts their motivation. Erasmus+ and eTwinning provide inspiration for innovative teaching methods creating new relationships between teachers and students.

The programmes create an open school culture: engagement, creativity and innovation are key, e.g. new teaching methods, optimised school infrastructure and classroom design. The digital skills of students and teachers improve, and schools focus more on sustainability, participation and inclusion. Cooperation within and between schools, the labour market, and the local community becomes smoother, and the school gains a better image.

Schools expand their international network and take more initiatives for international projects. Internationalisation is increasingly embedded in the school's DNA. Everyone gets involved and thus feels like a citizen of the world.
